Hailing from Qobayat, Lebanon, Chef Teya Mikhael’s journey to our Maison began at a very young age, where she would spend hours watching her mother and grandmother transform simple ingredients into rich and resonant meals.
With over six years of experience in leading kitchens across Lebanon, Mikhael now calls Maison Libanaise home. With her work at our Maison, she hopes to create fond memories for her guests, memories of time spent with good people and good food, where strangers become friends and friends become family.
